CHRISTINE CAMPBELL-
Since her first self-titled solo project in 2013, Christine has gained a devoted following, with the attention earning her opening spots for Bob Seger, Steve Earle, Foreigner’s Lou Gramm, and Jann Arden. After a successful Indiegogo campaign in 2016, she was able to gather the resources and support necessary to produce this album and make it her proudest work to date.
"Her new album Roller Coaster is superbly-produced, superbly-written, superbly-played and will be available at the festival."

MITCHIE RYDER BLUES BAND-
This Halifax-based blues-rock band consists of Mike Lifsches, Brad Davidge, Michael Jackson, Garrie Cook, and Michelle Ryder. Featuring members of "The Sounds of Motown" and  "Stadacona Band", you can find them on Facebook.
"They tore things up at last years' festival and have promised no mercy on your dance shoes again this time around."

THE BLUE LANE-
The Blue Lane is a genre-defying, Halifax-based trio that merges the sounds of jazz, blues, rockabilly, fusion and traditional pop music. Since 2015, the band – Rachael Henderson (lead vocals/bass), Morgan Cruickshank (guitar/vocals), and Connor Booth (drums/vocals) have been writing and performing original music blending sultry vocals, tight harmonies, fancy guitar picking and thick beats.
"Really exicted to be seeing this unique and talented band for the first time. Looking forward to grabbing a cd to listen to on the drive home after festival."

 CARSON DOWNEY BAND
"You either have seen this band and know what to expect, or you have not seen this band and are now being warned. A Maritime machine of blues monstrosity for three decades and counting, this power trio is known for it's no-holds-barred aural assault of the raunchiest set of blues you'll find this side of the Mississippi. From Jimi Hendrix to Buddy Guy, The Doors to their awesome originals... GET READY FOR THIS!!!! Before he hits the big festival circuit later in the summer, come check him out and make some noise at Smokin' Blues Fest."

This winter, A’Court will make the pilgrimage to Memphis, TN, representing the East Coast Blues Society in the Solo Acoustic division of the annual International Blues Challenge hosted by The Blues Foundation.

As former guitarist for Dutch Mason and Matt Minglewood, as well as playing with Johnny Winters and many more legends, Terry and his band are back to shoot a third dose of East Coast blues into your souls. These guys will leave jaws dropped and guitars chopped."
